Supported Stores & Platforms

Updated July 2026.

LabelGrid delivers your music to all major DSPs, download stores, and social apps worldwide — including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Deezer, TikTok, and Instagram/Facebook, plus regional services such as Anghami, Boomplay, JioSaavn, KKBOX, and Tencent/QQ Music. This guide lists the platforms by name and explains what each one offers.

A common question before you distribute: does LabelGrid’s name show up on your release pages? No — your music is presented under your own label and artist names, not LabelGrid’s.

  • Your label/imprint name is the label shown on the DSP. The label you choose for a release appears as that release’s label on Spotify, Apple Music, and other platforms, and in the ℗ (P-line) and © (C-line) copyright credits — for example ℗ 2026 Your Label Name. LabelGrid never substitutes its own name here. See Managing Labels for how P-lines and C-lines are set.
  • Your artist names appear as the artists. The main and featured artists you set on each track are what listeners see on the platform.
  • LabelGrid is the delivering distributor. Behind the scenes, LabelGrid is the distributor that delivers your release to each store. Where a platform surfaces a “provided by” or distributor field, it identifies the distributor that delivered the release — for standard accounts, that’s LabelGrid. This does not change the label, artist, or copyright credits your fans see.

When creating a release in LabelGrid:

  1. Go to the Outlets tab
  2. Select which stores to include
  3. Deselect any stores you want to exclude
  4. Save your selections

You might exclude stores if:

  • You have an exclusive deal with a specific platform
  • The content doesn’t fit certain platforms (e.g., non-electronic music for Beatport)
  • Regional restrictions apply
  • You prefer not to be on certain platforms

Some stores have special requirements:

  • Beatport - Genre standards, electronic music focus
  • Chinese platforms - May need Mandarin translations
  • Pandora - US-only distribution
  • YouTube Content ID - Requires rights claim enablement

Different platforms process releases at different speeds. See Distribution Lead Times for details on when your music goes live.

”Which stores and platforms does LabelGrid deliver to?”

Section titled “”Which stores and platforms does LabelGrid deliver to?””

LabelGrid delivers to all major DSPs, including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Deezer, Pandora, and SoundCloud, plus social apps like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and regional platforms such as Anghami (MENA), Boomplay (Africa), JioSaavn (India), KKBOX (Asia), and Tencent/QQ Music (China).

”Does LabelGrid deliver to regional platforms like Boomplay, JioSaavn, or Anghami?”

Section titled “”Does LabelGrid deliver to regional platforms like Boomplay, JioSaavn, or Anghami?””

Yes. LabelGrid delivers to regional services including Boomplay (Africa), JioSaavn (India), Anghami (MENA), KKBOX (Asia), and the Tencent platforms in China (QQ Music, Kugou, Kuwo). Some Chinese platforms benefit from Mandarin metadata for discoverability.

”Can I choose which stores my release goes to?”

Section titled “”Can I choose which stores my release goes to?””

Yes. When you create a release, open the Outlets tab and select or deselect individual platforms. By default a release goes to all available outlets, but you can exclude any store — for example, if you have an exclusive deal or your content does not fit a platform.

”How do I get my release on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook?”

Section titled “”How do I get my release on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook?””

Keep TikTok and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) selected in your release’s Outlets tab. LabelGrid delivers your full tracks so they become available for creators to use in short-form videos, Reels, and Stories.

”What is the difference between delivery and direct upload?”

Section titled “”What is the difference between delivery and direct upload?””

For most stores, LabelGrid delivers your release automatically as part of distribution. For a few platforms — Bandcamp, SoundCloud, and YouTube — LabelGrid also offers direct upload, which gives you extra options such as pricing, buy links, and auto-generated videos. See the Direct Upload guides for details.

”Does LabelGrid deliver Content ID to YouTube?”

Section titled “”Does LabelGrid deliver Content ID to YouTube?””

Yes. LabelGrid can register your music with YouTube Content ID so you can claim and monetize videos that use your audio. Content ID revenue is paid out at 80% to the artist (a 20% fee applies).

”Whose name appears on the stores — mine or LabelGrid’s?”

Section titled “”Whose name appears on the stores — mine or LabelGrid’s?””

Your own label and artist names appear on the stores, along with your ℗ and © copyright credits. LabelGrid is the delivering distributor behind the scenes and never substitutes its own name for your label or artist credits.
