Reset Your Password

Forgot your password? You can set a new one in a couple of minutes using a secure reset link we email to you. LabelGrid never emails you a password — you always choose your own.

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address on your LabelGrid account and submit the form.
  3. Check your inbox for an email from LabelGrid with a reset link.
  4. Click the link. It opens a page where you choose a new password.
  5. Enter and confirm your new password, then save. You can now sign in with it.
  • It expires in 60 minutes. For your protection, the link is only valid for a limited time.
  • It can only be used once. After you set a new password, the link stops working.
  • No password is ever emailed. You always set your own new password on the reset page.

If more than 60 minutes have passed, or you’ve already used the link once, it will no longer work. Simply request a new one:

  1. Return to the sign-in page and click Forgot password? again.
  2. Enter your email address to receive a fresh reset link.
  3. Use the new link within 60 minutes.
  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Confirm you entered the same email address you use to sign in.
  • Add LabelGrid to your safe senders / contacts and request the link again.
  • Wait a few minutes — email delivery can be slightly delayed.

If you already know your current password and just want to update it, you don’t need a reset link. Sign in and change it from My Account — see Change Password.
